Welcome to a new Weekly Update format for this week’s MPL news.
A huge thank you to various members of the community for some great ideas that have made their way to us this week. Some of which we’re immediately jumping on, such as bringing the weekly update to a more friendly format in Notion!

On Monday we dropped the first version of the MPL Cup white paper. If you haven’t already, you can read about the structure of the tournament, what the core game play will involve, some of the strategic decisions you’ll need to make each week as a manager, and find out more about Gaffer’s latest invention - the Synths.
We will be dropping the updated white paper on Monday ahead of launch. Alongside more details on prizes, updates will include more details on skill level and associated skill points as well as Synthetic strength and skill distribution. 🤩 Look out for final details needed to start building and customising your teams and players as well as more details on the MPL Cup prize pool.
This week we also announced our Secret Managers campaign that we’ll be running throughout the MPL Cup. Many of you will have seen that Ryan Carson will be joining us to manage a couple of Daily Doser teams, but who’s your money on for who else might be making up the Secret Managers squad?
