Happy Friday Martians!

We made it another week on Mars, and with great progress. The first MPL Council has come to life AND we launched the very first interplanetary Library with an immersive web3 comic series. Let’s dive into it.

Comic.

Book one of the three-part Red Rover comic series has landed on Mars! With it comes an immersive reading and viewing experience located inside the Bookenbauers Library. Anyone can enter the Library by clicking “Discover Basecamp” on the official MPL website. However, ONLY MPL Holders can mint covers of the comic. Those that mint covers will be entered into the official Dome raffles!

For optimal reading/viewing experience - we highly recommend turning your sound ON when going through the comic.

Book one minting is now LIVE!

• Each of the three books will have three covers, meaning nine covers to collect in total. Book one - Red Card - is now minting!
• There are three levels of rarity for the comic covers for each book - standard, rare (pictured here), epic
• Holding more MPLs will influence BOTH the odds of you minting rarer covers AND how many covers you’re entitled to mint
  • <5 MPLs = 1 comic cover, dice roll on which you get
  • 5-10 MPLs = 2 comic covers (1 standard, then 1 dice roll between rare and epic)
  • 11+ MPLs = 3 comic covers (one copy of all three)

With gas prices seemingly higher than normal - we will keep the minting open for a while so no one misses out on the opportunity. There are Domes at stake after all.

Community Council
